Interviewing Running Moms

I started a facebook group called RUNNING MOMS. There is a link in my sidebar if you want to check it out.

I started this group about 3 months ago (maybe 4) with only 32 members (mainly my closest friends across the U.S). Since it's formation, our membership has reached almost 300 members! THAT IS AWESOME!!!! It just goes to show how many of us are making ourselves and our health a priority ~ which is so inspiring to me.

I love reading about other peoples' training, motivation and feel inspired reading their personal stories of success and trials. But I need more! In my comment section below, nominate a fellow blogger that you follow that has completely inspired you. Include a link to their blog. My hope is to feature a Running Mom once a week.

Thanks!

  4. thakns for the sweet comments! your blog looks great!

as far as core exercises i love to use the medicine ball, legs in the air bent at 90 degrees and switch from side to side-- really gets the obliques :)
another good one for the core is to take two dumbells (about 10-15 lb each) and hold them in front of you-- about at your belly button-- then while contracting your abs, move the weights and turn your body slowly to the left-- than to the right-- this REALLY works your core! hope this helps
